MULTIPLE CELL HEAT EXCHANGER

These Heat Exchangers are also used for Heating Air using Steam as the heating medium. These are specifically designed to handle large Air Volume and for achieving temperature of Air beyond 1500 C. We can also design Heat Exchangers for air temperatures up to 220 0 C. We have facility to manufacture Heat Exchangers with a cross section size of around 7000mm (L) x 4000mm (W) in all material combinations.
We can manufacture different type of Shell And Tube Type Heat Exchangers as per customer requirements and Drawing, like Double Tube Sheet Type, Floating Header Type, Fixed Header Type etc. We provide these Shell And Tube Type Heat Exchangers to our valuable clients at affordable prices.
Factors like these all affect the complexity of your product, and thereby what type of heat exchanger will optimize your product quality and production process.

There are three main types of heat exchanger – plate, tubular and scraped. Each has different specifications and product suitability.

“Many different factors determine the type of heat exchanger that is best for your product,” says Inge Kristensson, Tetra Pak Application Specialist, Heat Transfer.

Another crucial factor is how much product you will produce and how much you will run the heat exchange module. Do you plan to run 100 litres per day, or 10,000 litres per hour? This will affect the size and type of heat exchanger that fits your specific needs.

APPLICATION OF MULTIPLE CELL HEAT EXCHANGERS:

Used for Air Heating in Process houses for drying food products where temperature requirement is above 1250 C. Also used as Air Pre-Heaters in Boilers to get air temperature up to 2000 C.

HEAT EXCHANGER FOR HEAT RECOVERY:

These Heat Exchangers are specially designed with specific material selection to handle high temperatures beyond
3500C.Depending on customer requirements Heat Exchangers are fabricated to meet the on site conditions and application.

APPLICATION OF HEAT EXCHANGER  FOR HEAT RECOVERY:

Used for Heat recovery from Flue Gases to heat water or
other liquids used in the process.
